A warm welcome to our new staff!
We would like to welcome Carole Baldissera to our enVizion team as our new Programs Manager.
Carole has a strong background in business development, sales, and marketing, project management. She also brings an extensive experience in staff management. Carole brings years of experience as a business trainer and mentor, delivering programs within Cairns and across North Qld for more than 10 years.
Carole’s approach to staff management is about empowering her team ensuring they are properly resourced to effectively achieve the desired outcomes of their individual positions. She is a hands-on manager supporting her staff where possible, she believes it’s important to create an inclusive working culture and believes all her team brings someone different to the table, as a team she feels they will achieve incredible results. “Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much”
We would also like to welcome Andrea Hodges to our enVizion team. Andrea is a local Indigenous person born and raised in Cairns, she brings a wealth of experience to her role as our new employment Mentor with over 8 years experience locally within the employment services sector. Andrea employs a network driven mentoring model; supporting employees, their guardians, employers, and employment providers to work through any issues that may arise. Andrea is a passionate role model who seeks to change the lives of Indigenous people in her community through the important work that she does.
